Time and Material Rates*
Printer Repair $95 per hour 1st printer ($135 flat rate)
$55 for each additional printer on same service call location
Printer Cleaning $50 per printer
Xerox Color $100 per hour
Fax Repair $95 per hour ($150 flat rate)
$45 per week for a loaner fax machine

  • On-site service with a 4-hour response time in most cases. Calls received from 1 pm are subject to next business day service with working hours assumed to be 9 am - 5 pm, Monday thru Friday.
  • Net terms: COD, 20 days on approved credit.
  • Extended (90-day) warranty on after-market parts and labor.
  • Thorough cleaning included with repair.
Value Added Service (VAS Program)
  • Autostocking on ATSS toner cartridges
  • Special discounts on time and material rates
  • Thorough cleaning included with repair.
  • Extented warranty on parts & labor (up to 6 months on electrial parts, 3 months on mechanicial parts).
  • All service provided within four (4) business hours. Calls received from 1 pm are subject to next business day service with working hours assumed to be 9 am - 5 pm, Monday thru Friday.
  • Annual cleanings for toner provided laser printers and fax machine are compementary (minimum order of 2 cartridges per printer per month).
  • All repairs are done on-site, unless otherwise instructed by client.
  • Equipment education for end-users.
  • Net terms: COD or 20 days on approved credit.
Maxium Value Plan (MVP Program)
This contract would cover all repairs necessary under normal use (parts & labor) for a period of one year. It does not include toner cartridges. Printers are subject to full inspection and inventory by an ATSS technician prior to contract commencement.
  • Autostocking on toner cartridge
  • All services provided within four (4) business hours. Calls received after 1 pm may be subject to next business day service with working hours assumed to be 9 am - 5 pm, Monday thru Friday.
  • Semi-annual cleaning and preventative maintenance.
  • Equipment education for end-users.
  • Loaner fax machine available if depot repair is required.
Managed Print Service
This contract include supplies (including toner and maintenance kits), and all repairs necessary under normal use (parts & labor) for a minimum of one year. commencing on receipt of first payment.
  • Continuous delivery on toner and services to meet your changing needs.
  • Coverage includes single, multiple, local and national locations
  • All services provided within three (4) business hours. Calls received after 1pm may be subject to next business day service with working hours assumed to be 9 am - 5 pm, Monday thru Friday.
  • Semi-annual cleaning and preventative maintenance, instead of the "break/fix" approach..
  • Equipment education for end-users on paper jams and toner installations.
  • Customers are invoiced monthly. Rate based on number of pages printed per month.
