Time & Material

  • On-site service with a 4-hour response time in most cases. Calls received from 1 pm are subject to next business day service with working hours assumed to be 9 am - 5 pm, Monday thru Friday
  • Net terms: COD, Net 20 days on approved credit
  • Extended (90-day) warranty on after-market parts and labor
  • Thorough cleaning included with repair


Value Added Service

  • Auto-stocking on ATSS toner cartridges
  • Special discounts on time and material rates
  • Thorough cleaning included with repair
  • Extended warranty on parts & labor (up to 6 months on electrical parts, 3 months on mechanical parts)
  • All service provided within four (4) business hours. Calls received from 1 pm are subject to next business day service with working hours assumed to be 9 am - 5 pm, Monday thru Friday
  • Annual cleanings for toner provided laser printers and fax machine are complementary (minimum order of 2 cartridges per printer per month)
  • All repairs are done on-site, unless otherwise instructed by client
  • Equipment education for end-users
  • Net terms: COD or 20 days on approved credit. 


Managed Print Service

This contract includes supplies (including toner and maintenance kits), and all repairs necessary under normal use (parts & labor) for a minimum of three years. commencing on receipt of first payment.


  • Continuous delivery on toner and services to meet your changing needs.
  • Coverage includes single, multiple, local and national locations
  • All services provided within four (4) business hours. Calls received after 1pm may be subject to next business day service with working hours assumed to be 9 am - 5 pm, Monday thru Friday.
  • Semi-annual cleaning and preventative maintenance, instead of the "break/fix" approach..
  • Equipment education for end-users on paper jams and toner installations.
  • Customers are invoiced monthly. Rate based on number of pages printed per month.
  • Print fleet is remotely monitored by qualified HP certified service professionals
